After almost two weeks of none stop rains, Legazpi City has been flooded for a day and has affected the business center in downtown Legazpi. The Legazpi City Government have launched a drainage clean up to avoid further damage to health and properties. I hope there will be a lasting solution to this perennial problem. comments are most welcome. Update: July 7,2008 There is an on-going drainage project in Gov. Forbes St. in Legazpi City. It will be a great help in keeping the rain waters from the city proper.
